What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. If you need a different time, message us before you arrive and we'll do our best to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings through our website, cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of payments made. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Reservations made through Airbnb or Vrbo are subject to the cancellation policies displayed on those platforms.
How close are the condos to the beach?
Both Seabreeze Vista and Seawall Palm Retreat are located at The Dawn Condominiums, directly across Seawall Boulevard from Babe's Beach. Enjoy easy access to the sandy shoreline.
