Spend the day by the water, then stretch out in a space that feels like home. Enjoy two resort-style pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center, plus a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon make packing for the shore easier.
Parking and Parking Permits
Parking permits are required for vehicles parked at The Dawn Condominiums. Parking fees are not included in the reservation total and must be paid directly to The Dawn Condominiums.
Current Parking Permit Fees:
- $40 per vehicle for 1–3 days
- $50 per vehicle for stays longer than 3 days but fewer than 30 days
- $100 per vehicle for stays of 30 days or more
Payment: Guests must pay their parking permit fees online or at The Dawn's front desk upon arrival.
